Most safes we’re called to open have nothing wrong with them: the code has been lost, or the person who knew it has died. We open them by manipulation where we can, and drill only as a last resort, at a point that can be repaired, so the safe goes back into service.

Can you open any safe?

Almost every domestic and office safe. We check you own it first, and tell you the price before we start.

Do I need to bolt a safe down?

Yes: a safe that isn't fixed to the floor or a wall leaves with the burglar. Insurers ask for it.
