Call us
Tell us where you are and what the lock looks like. A photo helps if you can send one.

Hear the price
A fixed price for the call-out and the likely parts, before we set off.

We open it
On site in about thirty minutes. We check you live there, then open it without damage where we can.

Pay and lock up
Card or bank transfer on the spot, and a receipt by email. New lock, if you need one, fitted there and then.

Questions
Will you drill my lock?
Only when nothing else works. Nine doors in ten we open without damage, and if a lock has to go we fit a new one there and then at the price on the box.
How do you know I live there?
We ask for a photo ID with the address, a bill or a neighbour who knows you. If the papers are inside, we check them once the door is open.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer when the job is done. We email the receipt.
Is the work guaranteed?
Every lock we fit for twelve months, parts and labour.
