These terms are demo content for the fictional Shearline Locksmiths. Replace them with your own.
Prices
Call-outs are charged at the rate for the time of day on the prices page, which covers the first 30 minutes on site, then by the quarter hour. Parts are charged at the price on the box, shown to you before they are fitted. We tell you the expected total before we set off.
Proof of ownership
Before opening a door, a safe or a padlock we check that you live there or own it. We can refuse a job, and still charge the call-out, if we can’t confirm it.
Booking and cancelling
Cancel or move a visit up to 24 hours before at no cost. Deposits are taken off the final bill and refunded if we cancel.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for a year and can be used for any job.
