Bring the key to the counter in Cooper’s Yard: most are cut in a few minutes while you wait. Every copy is checked on the gauge before it goes back to you, and if it doesn’t turn smoothly in your lock, bring it back and we recut it for free.

Questions

Can you copy a key from a photo?

No, and nobody should: bring the key itself. Restricted keys need the card too.

Will a copy of a worn key work?

We cut it to the original depths, not the worn ones, so the copy often works better than the key it came from.
